California - 1847. The Mexican American war is over and a crooked American cavalry officer and his men seize land from Mexican residents. But the marshall and a courageous settler come to their defense. Lee Van Cleef stars in an early acting role where he is already cast as a bad man.
Trivia: Lee Van Cleef went on to star in "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" as well as numerous spaghetti westerns. Also stars Jim Davis, who played the lead role in the 50s western TV series Stories of the Century as well as family patriarch Jock Ewing in the TV series Dynasty. Country music recording stars, Faron Young and Marty Robbins are also featured.
