Two cowboys find a baby in a deserted camp and argue about who should be the father. Years later they own neighboring ranches but the bitterness remains. The child, who is now a young man, tries to settle the dispute.

Trivia: Clark Gable (Rance Brett) is best known for his role as Rhett Butler in Gone With the Wind (1939). He was nominated for a total of three Oscars, winning the Best Actor award in 1935 for It Happened One Night. William Boyd (Bill Holbrook) played the leading role in the Hopalong Cassidy series of movies.
