Trivia: This star-studded made for TV movie should not be confused with Johnny Yuma or 3:10 to Yuma. Director Ted Post directed 1970's Beneath the Planet of the Apes as well as 56 episodes of the TV series Gunsmoke. 6'6 Clint Walker was the first Western TV star. He starred as Cheyenne Bodie in the TV series Cheyenne. Morgan Woodward has the record for guest appearances in Gunsmoke at 19, but he's best known for the role Marvin 'Punk' Anderson in Dallas. Edgar Buchanan starred as Judge Roy Bean in the eponymous late 1950s TV series. Kathryn Hays (Julie Williams) played Kim Hughes for 10 seasons of As the World Turns ending in 2010. Napoleon Whiting played the Barclay family butler Silas in The Big Valley. Bing Russell is best known as Deputy Clem Foster, whom he portrayed in many episodes of later seasons of Bonanza.
